Live Sound

Nana D. Kufuor works front of house

I volunteer for the Creative Arts Ministry’s audio team at Seneca Creek Community Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland. At SCCC, I work with senior engineers in support of a 48-channel sound system. I enjoy working front of house during rehearsals and performances and troubleshooting technical issues.
I also set up and breaking down the stage for rehearsals and events, re-route and document the signal chain before events, assemble and solder new and damaged cables, and maintain the equipment inventory and storage system. In addition, I have provided technical support (sound, video, and lighting) for space renters, such as In His Image Modeling Agency, which holds its annual fashion show at SCCC.
SCCC is a contemporary, non-denominational place of worship that welcomes diversity and employs modern communications tools such as podcasts, YouTube video, and Facebook to broadcast Christ’s loving messages worldwide.
